| You have 30 days, starting from the time you sign for and accept delivery of your purchase, to decide whether or not to keep your gem, except where stated (special terms or conditions). Show it to your friends and loved ones or take it to your jeweler or gemologist to get their opinions. If for any reason you decide to return it, just mail the gem back to us within the 30-day inspection period for a full refund minus the shipping costs.
For your protection, we ask that you send the gem back to us by Priority Mail or Registered Mail, insured for the full amount of purchase -- with delivery conformation or signature required. Return instructions will be provided with all purchases. Once we receive the gem and verify its authenticity, the charges to your credit card will be reversed.
