You have 21 days, starting from the time you sign for and accept delivery of your purchase, to decide whether or not to keep your gem, except where stated (special terms or conditions) and or gemstones marked Clearance! Show it to your friends and loved ones or take it to your jeweler or gemologist to get their opinions. If for any reason you decide to return it, just mail the gem back to us within the 21-day inspection period for a full refund minus the shipping costs.
For your protection, we ask that you send the gem back to us by USPS Priority Mail or UPS second day. Insure the gemstones returned for the full amount of purchase with delivery conformation for under $100. Signature conformation over $175.00. Return instructions will be provided with all purchases.
