Grading is a highly subjective process, but all grading systems work on the "4Cs" system: Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat Weight. We provide detailed descriptions of each stone on our site.

Q. Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

A. Yes! At Forever Gemstones our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, you must return mail your purchase within 21 days of receipt. Mail it to us via U.S. Postal Priority Mail, or UPS Mail with "delivery conformation".  You are obligated to insure the package for the full dollar amount. Once we receive it and verify the stone's authenticity, we will refund the credit card you used -- for the full amount minus postal fees and insurance costs.
