We at Forever Gemstones have two main concerns in shipping your purchase.

The first concern is to get your orders delivered to you as fast as possible.

Note: Our goal is to be speedy in all areas of customer service. If you decide to return your gemstone order and do so within 3 days, we will immediately reverse your credit card charges.

The second concern is security. Your purchases can only be sent to the address assigned to the credit card used, and must be signed for by the card holder. We insure all of our orders, in case of loss -- to protect both you and us.

You have your choice of three different U.S.P.S delivery methods:

Express Mail 1-2 day average delivery time for purchases of $1.00 to $25,000: This starts at $20.

Priority Mail 2-3 day average delivery time for purchases of $1.00 to $500: This starts at $6.

Registered Mail 5-7 day average delivery time for purchases of $500 to $25,000: This starts at $10.

As you place your order a pop-up will appear informing you of the various postage rates for your purchases. Choose the one that fits your needs. Orders will be shipped after the standard 24-72 hour credit card processing time frame.

Most orders will be received within 7 days, but please allow up to 12 days to receive your order.
